
Refund Policy
At Affinity Beauty Lounge, client satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns and work toward a reasonable resolution.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your appointment time and cover preparation costs. The only exception to this policy is in the rare case of an error or cancellation made by the service provider. In such cases, the deposit may be refunded or applied toward a rescheduled appointment at your discretion.

For retail products, unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt for store credit only. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
